Consisting of five layers of wood and two layers of acrylic carbon, the Hurricane Long 5 provides such breakthrough power that this is completely canceled out when the plastic ball is introduced and therefore the speed is lost. This enormous breakdown force is achieved by the composition of the 5 wood layers in combination with the two acrylic-carbon layers, which are applied around the core. This special construction prevents the fine playing feeling from being influenced too much by the directness of the acrylic-carbon interlayers. The fine finish of the frame ensures that it lies comfortably in the hand.
