The shell-like multi-component sole encloses the foot on all sides and extends slightly wider towards the ground. This holds the foot in position within the shoe and effectively prevents twisting due to cross-sectional deformation of the sole. The upper shoe has a classic design. All relevant areas are reinforced to stabilize the upper foot. The padding in the heel, the entrance area and the tongue provide good protection against external mechanical stress and ensure a high level of comfort during competitions. Mesh fabric in the side parts of the GEWO Gold Flex ventilates the shoe and contributes to a balanced shoe climate.
